THE PROJECT
Southern Cross Fitness (SCF) was initially a brick-and-mortar brand that sought our services to open a second location. After analysing the business, FIBER pitched a different direction; build an online presence and expand their website into an e-commerce store. This enabled SCF to have multiple revenue streams and reach their new target markets on a national scale. Our strategy for SCF continues to grow their online presence, intercept new markets and remain agile in their current demographics.
Southern Cross Fitness (SCF) specialise in the production and sales of personal and commercial fitness equipment. They target their products towards the commercial, corporate and home-use markets throughout Australia.
